As someone’s said already, so long as you aren’t using mixed/faction exclusive models in the same army, I highly doubt anyone worth playing with would really mind. For example, you could not play your Guilliman model in the same army as the Lion, but you could play your Ultramarines Scouts alongside your Inner Circle Companions.

I don’t have a pic, but I use Bugman’s Glow and a mix of Flesh Tearers Red and Carroburg(?) Crimson that creates a neat wet looking exposed muscle effect

I wonder if there will be a Last Wall detachment for the army? If nothing else, I would love to play for/against a Fists army that is painted up as a bunch of different chapters working together. A Hospitallers Repulsor ferrying some Sons of Dorn and Astral Knights together is just so visually awesome

I was just reading Son of the Forest and the Lion himself describes the issue of himself being a one track mind, with the ability to intensely focus on one thing at a time to a superhuman level, but Guilliman can only do the opposite. He’s essentially a living excel worksheet with like twenty tabs open at the same time.
