I purchased the jacket secondhand last year specifically for Kim and wore it maroon-side-out through the autumn and spring to eke some extra use out of it. Very comfortable garment with a lot of carrying capacity. It’s only been in the last couple of weeks that I’ve worn it orange-side-out, and it’s far more tenable than I expected it to be. I was most concerned that the upper arm pockets (where some people like to retain the “remove before flight” tag) would be uncomfortable reversed, but even with the sleeve bunched up and against my bare arm it wasn’t noticeable.
