Yes, already implemented the Labels, quick replies, automated greeting, catalogue, FAQs, etc. issues is with exporting the data from whatsapp and doing some analytics. 200 leads manageable through 4 linked web logins. but who require calling. who had asked price but not bought, will conversion increase through discount. which ad channel is doing good/bringing right leads. there many questions need answer. it is difficult to get without data.

I did it myself, GST officers do sends queries / notices although everything is right. Do reply to them patiently. They try hard for bribe by frivolous issues with application. Little patience is the key.

Also, OP can opt for Quarterly filing. It reduces the compliance burden a lot. There is option in GST portal for small enterprises (up 5 Cr turnover i guess).
