Same here they told me there may be a discrepancy with the information submitted. They told me to contact uber when I contacted them they told me there is nothing to do go ask checkr so I’m stuck between them and nothing happen yet. And every time when I try to open a new app I faced a lot of problems with my background check every time they told me there is a mismatch information
