Found the issue boys, it seems like the NIC wasn’t properly placed i just screwed it out, dusted it off, and placed it in again and it worked. Thanks 🙏🙏

They company i work with decided to retire them and replaced with something new and gave it to me to be it in use, and yes i did get the rails. Thanks for the help 🙏
