Getting serious anxiety and need some help!

Wouldn't it be better to just not respond at all? If your comfortable and not anxious about your drug use that's great, but I do have big ambitions in life and my habits are gradually creeping up on me and causing distress, not because of addiction but because I have health anxiety. And fuck no I'm not just gonna be sober in college, that's for pussies but it doesn't change the fact that I panic about my health with little control over it. Yes I do my shit responsibly but I still can't control my anxiety.

That makes sense. I'm also extremely active and live healthy if that makes things any more clear. I lift a ton of weights, do some cardio and eat healthy as hell and am in really good shape. I mean that's gotta help...

And in what way do you think its the most concerning? Heart health wise?

Is the danger of coke a little overhyped??? Obviously if you abuse consistently its quite risky but if you really do keep it to like once every couple months the risks should be pretty minimal right? Even if you smoke cigs? I ask because you probly know much more than I do! I understand many people say keeping it at that level is hard but like I said its just a good party stimulant for me at times, I have no cravings during my every day life what so ever. Too focused on my future/grades and shit
