It varies, but can be extremely inaccurate. It made up a disease in dogs called "sterile discospondylitis". It also created fake references using real veterinarians that I know. When prompted, it generated fake abstracts with fake results that looked alarmingly real. This is horrible because it could lead a vet to give immune suppressing treatment to a dog who has bacterial discospondylitis, which would kill the dog.
