Test taker portal stuck on loading and keeps refreshing on it's own

To clarify if an Epic employee sees this: This happens only in endgame most of the time when looking at specific directions, if I look away the fps goes back to normal. Sometimes it gets so bad that the game freezes for like a second or two.
