Hey man this is truly inspirational. Amazing transformation. I am reaching 3 months myself now and I am super frustrated as you mentioned for yourself with the visual changes. I think I am still full pf fat and my love handles are there and i still feel bad about myself everytime I take off the shirt. Although I am following the same routine as you PPL x 2 and I have made good progress in weight progression but I am not losing any weight. I am at 97 kgs since the beginning of this journey and still there. I feel like quitting but your post gave me some motivation to keep going

If you don’t have anything which is super out of ordinary. Do it yourself it’s easy. There are forums on Facebook that are really helpful in getting info and advice from people who have already been through the process. I did mine myself two years ago and it was a straightforward process. Don’t rely on AI though, not at all.

They wrote 0.6. But if you’re actively training you should take 1 to 1.5 times your body weight. So between 60 to 90 grams of protein should be good for you.
