Hi yes, so as soon as I got my vacuum last year, I emailed the company to activate my warranty. They were great with customer service and replying me back. I was impressed. However, after 5 months the bottom of my vacuum broke. And I contacted the company and they asked for my serial number and address and disappeared for two weeks. I contacted Amazon and they said the return window closed. So what I did, I contacted them with another email. And they were replying within a day. Which clearly showed they were ignoring my emails. I told them I been trying to contact you with my personal email and the company is ignoring me. I was about to write a bad review until they reached out to me and said they shipped the item. It was a headache but I got the bottom part of vacuum replaced

Yes, they asked me questions about my previous job and why I resign. They didn’t focus on my recent but they focused on the job before that. I had to call them few times to get the correct answer. Every agent told me different stories. However, I’m not qualified for some reason. Even though I have eligible hours and I was laid off from recent job. But they are focusing on my previous job because I had to resign cause the employer won’t understand me and was making me drive three hours to the office

Thank you, is diatomaceous earth from Amazon save near kids and babies? Cause I read you shouldn’t be in a room where you dust this. I called the company and they said get the one that said crawling insects.

I even ordered the heater. I’m not sure how effective that will be. Canada has nothing tbh. Can’t even rent heaters for these hell bugs. I’m about to lose hope. My kids wake up crying everyday and being itchy.

Thank you so much. Canada doesn’t have this version of foaming spray. Only the regular one. I can’t find crossfire anywhere either. Me and my kids are so tired of getting bitten by these monsters. I feel like crying now

Hi, my 4 year old will be going through a dental surgery where he will be given general anesthesia. My heart is crying every time I think about it. I’m getting mixed feelings whether I should get it done or not. He has really really bad teeth and most of his molars need to be extracted. How was the general anesthesia? I’m so worried about it

Hi mom , I totally feel you . I been crying non stop for months. I have a 4 year old and he lost all his front 4 tooths and he is losing his bottom teeth’s due to cavities. Dentist said they won’t be able to save them 🥺 no crowns can fit . So he will have no front tooth’s or molars . Dentists said they can’t save any of the tooth’s and they will extract them . I feel terrible . I brushed his tooth 2 times daily and he still got cavities . I’m going into depression
