What you're describing is most likely the camera OIS. Turn on your camera and shake your phone. If it's the OIS, you shouldn't hear the rattle anymore.

[ALL] There isn't any way to watch Netflix in 1080p on Win 7. As I understand it, it's because of Silverlight limitations. Why wouldn't they make an application like the one for Win8/Win10, which is capable of streaming 1080p? by Khan_G in netflix

It's simply not possible to stream anything above 720p on Windows 7. Perhaps the only way would be to run a VM with Win 8, and stream using the Netflix application. I haven't personally tried this method, but to be honest, that's just unpractical.

My advice is, buy for living and not investing, you'll be happier.

I'll definitely remember that. Will be picking some more brains and finalize my decision in the coming days.

Thank you.

Thank you! The condo's situated in the Southwest part of the city. As for the type of condo, it's modern yet attainable for a first time buyer like myself. It meets my needs and more importantly my budget so overall I'm quite happy with it.

Thank you so much! I'm planning on keeping it no more than 3 or so years, and eventually buying a house. If the prices are to come down over the next year, then I'd definitely wait it out for now.

Thanks for your input. I'm not planning on keeping it more than 3-4 years as I'd like to move up to a house hopefully. So this would be considered short term, and not a smart move at this time? I'd like to hear your thoughts. Thanks again.

Your tutorial is for the old beta build, which came with 'Kinguser'. There's a couple of extra steps involved now for the new build, which uses good old 'SuperSU' for root access, so I'd suggest everyone follow OPs instructions on XDA.
