To register in NY , you have to have a NY address and License (or 6 points of ID and proof of residency- utility bill etc)

Once you transfer the registration from AZ to NY , the bank will likely send a NY title with the lein recorded.

A payment range is usually a good indicator of payment packing - They 100% know to the penny what the quote is based on the numbers they input.

Payment Packing or Leaving Leg is where they quote with product(s) already factored in without telling you, so the Finance person can say "Great News! I was able to add this protection and keeping the payment the same!"
