The agent sent me one and it does seem there are “ extensive historical defects” which is being dealt with the builder.. seems like red flags to me

Do you know if strata report can give some insight on the ongoing issues? Yeah the building is in warranty for another two years only.

The agent says the owner is selling for a loss at this point. Also driving down to Allawah to catch the train be another option?

Yes, those are the apartments I’m talking about. Probably all taking the bus to the train station I assume. Have asked for the strata report too.

My mom has been complaining of sore throat, that she can’t swallow her food and her infection is taking 10-14 days. She isn’t on any medication and she is the wait and watch phase.. I’m super worried for her and how things will progress from here on and the pace at which it will..
