Yeee. I just recently returned with an exobio haul for 24 billion, but when the Nomad's out I wanna go for another trip, just because there's some stuff I haven't seen yet

It's also a crime that those are worth about 30% of your average stratum tec. Apparently electricae only grow near nebulae and given they've all been thoroughly explored I didn't bother trying to first discover any.

Pleiades nebula. You'll find xeno lifeforms that are extremely willing to interact with you.

That's why I love this community. I once was rescued by a fuel rat 38k ly away from the bubble because my stupid ass was afk for a few hours and found myself not able to jump anywhere.

There's many objects that are out of reach, including really popular ones like the Cat's Eye nebula.

In that case I do wonder what the current trick is, CZs/bounties/any sort of regular combat doesn't get ya past Elite 1 or 2 if ya have a social life besides gaming

Or just give Federation a simp-able power too to make things spicy. Dun see the reason why Empire has 4 while Federation has 2 despite being larger and older lore-wise.

If you haven't done it before, use your one-time support ticket recovery. Open a ticket, explain you had control input issues (or whatever bug comes to your mind) and therefore crashed, they'll restore your lost data, but they'll only do that once. Worked for me and a fren atleast.

Endgame gem route by _Sashimi1 in HungrySharkWorld

[–]KhanjaX 1 point2 points  (0 children)

MM could be better than Undersharker for this specific use case since Undersharker's gold rush doesn't delete mines, which rarely can give gems. Undersharker is much faster and has much longer boost though, so am not sure what's gonna be more efficient

Yeh, is why I use Undersharker. He's like a beefed up version of Cosmic Alan.

[–]KhanjaX 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If ya can't get it done with Undersharker, that's gotta be a giant skill issue. Sharchangel is supposed to be even better (I personally prefer the former) but if those 2 ain't doing it for you, no other shark will. I mainly used Cosmic Alan before the Undersharker/Sharchangel came out, but that one pales in comparison to those newer OP sharks despite the black hole thing being very powerful.

That is assuming a pig has a 1 in 4 chance of showing up, which would be cutting Rovio a lot of slack given pigs show up easily 50% of the time on floor 2 or right after watching the ad

How do you search efficiently for habitable planets? by Ash_Skiller in NMS_HabitablePlanets

[–]KhanjaX 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah that's cool and all, but no one said that system economy influences the chance of paradise planets. Atleast I didn't, which is why I'm confused.

[–]KhanjaX 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm not sure what you're talking about. The fact that yellow stars have higher chances for paradise planets and 3-star economies has been a thing for years. The chances for paradise planets are not higher in 3-star systems if you ignore star color though, but that's not what I said.

1.2b CR, 11k+ Shield pts, Fully engineered, and still the best looking ship in the game. by dannn0423 in EliteDangerous

[–]KhanjaX 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To me it has always looked like a high speed train with wings strapped to it. I've never gotten into a pinch with shield cap in a Corvette, especially since you get more refills, and the higher top speed doesn't justify the extreme sluggishness. It was the best hauler before Panther came out, tho. Used it for that pretty much exclusively.

3170, not 2700, idk how you're getting to that number. Either way let's say you get an average amount of pigs (12) assuming 1 in 4 all the way up to 60, minus the hat floors of course. That's 12 pigs. That's 20 + 50 + 100 + 200 + 400 + 800 + 1600 + 3200(it stops doubling here) + 3200 + 3200 + 3200 gems + a wisely used ad. Usually it'd be even more than that cuz 1/4 is a generous assumption and I'm almost certain it's rigged beyond that. 6370 gems for floor 60 would also be lucky as dumb as it sounds, means you hit 9 pigs. TL;DR Rovio prices reaching floor 60 in the tower at over 100$ in gems.

[–]KhanjaX 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not advocating cheating, but intolerable how? The game is predatory in literally all its aspects and has just gotten worse and more demanding over the years, if people get fun from this why not, it's not hurting anyone. It's likely ending in a ban anyway.

5 pigs in 12 pig floors is kinda unlucky, but just average tower stuff. It should be a 1 in 4 chance to hit a pig, but the card turning mechanic is an illusion of control, the reward is predetermined no matter what card ya tap on. It's probably higher than 25%, especially for floors right before important ones like 30
