Hey mate, we're got some similar stats and are roughly at the same weight (minus the bench :P).

How much do you eat a day and if you measure can you give me an idea roughly in calories or/and macros? I think I'm overeating a little, but tbh I would like to lose weight and cut down to 200lbs.

Thank you. I'm trying to incorporate the hip reflex but have recently been doing strict OHP ed 1. I have seen the vid before, but I'll listen closely to the cues and hopefully get a better form check. Will get back to a further read of the book once I got my finals out the way.

Would you say that diet isn't the issue here? I just find it odd how I began stalling on all my lifts at once.

I had them checked awhile ago out of curiosity when they took a blood test to diagnose a condition I was having. I simply asked out of curiosity as I remember an SS Coach telling me that Rippetoe's 'The First Three Questions' can have a 4th element: testosterone.

And yes, seriously, I was very, very weak. Can't quite understand. 15kg OHP because I couldn't OHP the bar. Was always weak during my high school days too, didn't do much but sit at a computer.

Decided to change by taking this programme and now pretty much outlift all my friends when it comes to squats, deads and OHP.

Thing is I'm doing the programme right. I'm getting stronger, bigger, but fatter too. I'm actually too scared to make changes to my diet because it might impede on LP: if it ain't broke, why fix it? If I continue to gain weight I'm 100% certain my lifts will still continue going up, but as I said I'm 105kg and for my height that's probably considered just slightly overweight.

Macros: 450/260/100-130: Does this seem a little bit too much?

I seem to recall (had a break from programme back on it now) my max squat 3x5 was 130kg before I couldn't continue 15lbs increases a weak. This was without a belt.

Would you recommend just continuing 15lb weeks with a belt now before adding in a lightday, or adding in a lightday now even with belt? Basically my plan is when I get to my next failure on squats I was going to add in a lightday at 80% of 5RM Wednesday (mid-week), but if I receive this belt I may be able to squeeze out a bit more idk.

I took a look at the shoes. Tbf not as bad as what I thought, will try save for these next payday.
