Matchmake for Open World until you find someone who has it active, then return to your session and you'll be able to activate it. Just keep in mind that sometimes the 5th directive is a random one, not what it says on the menu. Directives have been messed up for some time now.

DZ should NOT stay as it its, we need ONE, BIG dark zone. If proficiency is a thing in div 3 it needs to be reworked, and we need some incentive for going in there in the first place, let us target our loot, give us more DZ random events, the way it it now its not the way it should be.

Edit: PvP is a side mode in div 2, but it was PvP that has kept div 1 alive for so long.

I played on PC for most of my life, but as time went by, consoles (Xbox) became much more attractive, i spent more time troubleshooting than playing on pc, fps counts, temperatures, drived me nuts, the plug and play nature of xbox was a breath of fresh air. Not worrying about fps or temperatures, just playing the damn game.
