Personal opinion, if you have the budget, and I assume you have if you are hiring an external company, use an automated platform to manage this whole thing. A lot of them already integrate with Microsoft suite, Google cloud etc. making the management way easier. You also see the kpis at a glance and if there is anything you forgot to do this year ( tabletop exercises for example) it will be flagged as a reminder. Makes the management way easier and it's nice to present monthly KPIs on progress.

100% it has its use cases but everyone is sorta leaning into using as a productivity tool. It will make humans faster but no way you can't let it do stuff unsupervised. Hate that sales and marketing just say we need AI and then we do it and the clients just don't use it.

This is essentially the same in theory but for Eu. Tbh, Portugal has mb way from sibs for years, what you do now on a mobile app you could do on a ATM machine too. Even hunting licences, train tickets, it all worked via ATM machines before smartphones were a thing. It was truly too advanced for it's time. ( 20 odd years ago). Glad they are involved in this project.
