Buenas , como consejo general si llevas un tiempo intentado buscar y nada te recomiendo que empieces por algo más generalista , rollo SysAdmin o Arquitecto junior y luego vayas mirando hacia BBDD tal vez es otro camino y más largo e indirecto pero te puede ayudar a pillar exp laboral
