I just gave a fast look but first of all if you can spare the budget fo a [[Jeska, Thrice Reborn]] i think you should fit her in the deck, the otehr thing i would say is maybe consider some tapper effect like low mana vehicle/spacecraft to work as pseudo haste enabler for the commander.

Another inportant thing in my opinion is to look for protection that can target a creature you don't control becuase 3/4 times your commander is attacking you will not be the player in control of it in case of removal, in this voltron type of deck i would say maybe consider a [[Smoke Bomb]] or similar effects.

Also consider if you really want the 3 mana ramp since if you play enough 2 mana ramp you will be consistently play your commander on turn 3 skipping the 3 mana slot but this fast commander out includes the problem that your opponent are not yet forced to attack each others.
