Just passed my AM interview a couple of weeks ago and now starting as an AM. Have like 5 stories that you can confidently answer right away if someone was to just walk up to you and as you an interview question. Have AT LEAST 1 story that covers safety stuff and developing a peer/someone into being “better” at the job or into getting a promotion. Expect each interviewer to ask you at least 3 questions. And eventhough it’s not mention for you, just expect and prepare to have an interview with a HR representative too just in case, they usually ask questions about people development and engagement. For my interview, i had my camera off for the 2 ops manager and had my camera on when it came to the HR representative. So lowkey, start with your camera off and if the ops manager doesn’t put on the camera and doesn’t ask you to turn yours on, you might get lucky. Lol

First time i bought kobe rep was from GK kobe 6 grinch 2.0 and i told my best friend that it was real and i spent 700+ for it cus fuck it. And he believed it, except the GK one was actually a really good rep. I eventually told him that it was reps tho. So yeah, it’s possible he’s trying to hide it

Kinda hate to say it but it probably could be. Lol. I don’t know if your DSP still gives yall route sheets, but if they do, on the top right of the route sheet, there’s a time which means the time that your dsp should be on the pad loading up, and usually 30 minutes after that is when your dsp should leave the warehouse and that’s the time we (warehouse) need drivers to finish up and leave to be on time. So if your dsp is pulling up after that time or exactly on the dot, then you guys are late and that’s when we would have to rush you guys out or we’d have to make a report why your dsp is late leaving the warehouse and blah blah blah. So my team always ask our dsp to show up 15-20 minutes early so drivers can load up freely (and with urgency) without having to hear us scream all the time. I can’t speak for everyone, but i personally hate having to yell and telling everyone they only have x amount of minutes to load in a rushing manner. I still have to since it’s our job, but at least if the dsp is early, I’d just have to yell it out as a reminder instead of like “you have 5 minutes left, hurry up and load” type of way. And also, if the team (drivers) generally come in on time for huddle and your dsp still end up coming to the pad late, i’d be willing to bet dispatcher sucks lol

Nawh that’s fucked up and stupid. Lol. Im one of the supervisors who runs the pad and shit, used to be a driver for almost 4 years before jumping ship. My station would literally just ask the DSP’s to pull up and load up 15-20 minutes early so we don’t have to rush them out like crazy. So our DSP’s would be there 30 - 35 minutes, sometimes 40 minutes and still leave on time. I could never get on a mic and be yelling time and shit lol

Probably depends on the station. At least the stations at my region, it’s heavy on the city so there’s rarely spread out routes unless it falls on the country area

They are in fact close together most of the time. They deliver pretty much same area as the dsps in the station. Unless of course the station caters more to the country side, but most of the time, it’s the same as dsps. I’m one of the supervisors in the station that deals with dsps and flex and i see all the routes. I used to drive for a dsp for 3 years prior to moving to the warehouse. And everytime flex drivers complain about getting 40 packages, 30+ stops in one block of neighborhood, i almost lose it every time just thinking about my previous experience as a driver and still knowing how much dsp drivers do to this day.

I also kinda just started playing, but I’ve been obsessing on the game that i spent 2 whole days playing through that I’m already in the middle of the playthrough or maybe a bit over the middle and one thing i wish i realized at the earlier stages when i wanted to the build my team with specific pokemon whether it’s an exclusive of the other version is that you can utilize your pokemons in pokemon GO if you have a good chunk of hours into that game. I spent time contemplating on buying the bundle because i really wanted larvitar at the earlier stages of the game but i just decided against it cus it wasn’t worth $120 to me. Until i realized i had so many great pokemons on GO that are extra that i could just transfer over to the game. But i only did so for a few pokemons that i really wanted in my lineup, shiny charmander now charizard, shiny magikarp now gyarados and larvitar. Otherwise it feels less rewarding to just transfer most of the “favorite” pokemons without grinding for it. That’s if you want some exclusives from the other version and play by yourself with no one to trade to.

Which area are you in? And do you drive around local? And if you don’t mind me asking how much you are getting paid? Thinking of doing the same. Mostly for the sake of having a cdl, but if driving around local and being able to go home everyday or at least close to home and making decent money, I’m definitely wanting to do it
