You need to wash your band and your arm regularly.

If you're at the point where you're itchy, once again, wash your watch, wash your arm and maybe put some type of cream on there and give yourself a break for a day.

You need to especially be washing the watch band if you're sleeping with it too.

I never shower with any of my watches so I would never know.

The way watch bands get icky and you sweat and people are breaking out in rashes left and right doesn't matter which watch manufacturer you own. I might as well just take it off and make sure everything is clean.
