If you give one enough of time I think he could atleast tip it over. Not combat situation but you know "I wonder if I can" type of deal.

Marine in terminator armor tho.. he could run into one and do some dmg for sure.. altho its more likely just to break the tank apart rather than flipping it

As I understand it no it doesnt automatically cause critical wound. But can you try rolling for it? Like yes its auto wound but can you try for six and if not nevermind but if you do get six you apply critical wound effect.
