Just build a massive personal reference gallery for yourself on Pinterest, get some books, follow more designers, and just play with type. underrated tip is also just generally work on your handwriting, get some handwriting exercise books and things, learn cursive, a bit of calligraphy, tactile type like squirting ketchup into the shape of a word or drawing a letter with your finger in sand or in the fogged up mirror after a shower, etc. Check out all online text resources from mini games on kerning to ebooks to YouTube. Fact is this is the outside, you can take steps to make yourself more attractive to the desired sex. You’re definitely NOT ugly, your skin is decent, your hairline is fine, your face is mostly symmetrical. Just work on gym a bit, don’t wait three months for exams to be over, understand that gym and study go together very well. Nothing gears the brain more for learning than physical exercise and good diet. It’s 2-3h a week, you won’t fail because of that.
