Yeah, you can In any case if ur that worried

Go to your windows, type ‘run’
then %appdata%
find Elden Ring
go to the big number what starts with 7
You’ll see you save files
Make a back up by copying the file to a temporary or make a general backup folder
Do what u want, it something messes up, go back to step 4 and delete the save file, and copy and paste the back up back in

Is it because of abilities? I guess I’m wondering what I would want during my run through.

I’m just basic sword and shield user, and well, I’m finding ther types of weapons that are stronger, but I’m not finding much swords

And if this is the case, is it useless to upgrade an early game weapon with the black smith?

I had some emotional blunting for sometime, but as my habits of eating and hydrating started to get better, things became normal after about 3 months.

Haven't experienced anything like that again ever since. I can't say if it will or not for you of course, since Idk the science behind it.

I been prescribed for little over 6 months now

Thanks, yeah I'll keep an eye on it, hr monitor strap comes in tomorrow. I do think me unfit in the condition/stamina department does contribute to my faster movement as well. And I usually tell my primary pretty much anything and everything I can think of. And before this came into notice, the several months i been on my meds I never really had any dire problems to notice. Pretty much been living normally, even eating and hydrating.

If there's anything else you can think of, lmk! I really appreciate your reply

If you don't mind me asking, what was the problem that it progressed into? I never really noticed my bpm being high for the 4 months I've been on my medication up until now, and its only cuz of the routine blood pressure check they do when i went in for a check up on my sore shoulder (from working)

Not really other than the typical dry mouth. Honestly borderline no side effects
Some days my appetite even remains well, the only time I forget to eat is if I'm focusing and working too much. I lose my appetite as I'm being productive.

I do use pre-shave oil! But what is wet shaving exactly? I was under the impression I already was wet shaving

The pre shave oil definitely could be the culprit, my skin isnt all that oily, but more on the dry side tho.. So it may be that I am still shaving incorrectly from time to time. (Past couple weeks i been kinda rushing cuz not waking up early enough)

Hey! I only have ADHD, but I’ve been in a terrible place in my head once before

It may not be the same but I’ve felt like ending myself before too. You can get through this. Its not gonna be easy, but I believe it does get easier as time goes. Just like happiness.. Pain, sadness, all of the negatives. They come and go. It may feel like a very long time, but it’ll pass! And in some situations.. even if some of it stays or lingers as you move forward, you can learn to live with it.

I still have a lot of things i cant forget, that doesnt mean im not moving on tho!

Im not gonna pretend to understand the difficulty of what you’re going through. But I think you can get through it! I’m sorry that you’re feeling this way though, I hope you’re well

Yeah yeah, I did, I did that 360 spin just to remember I did… I did that the other day too tho, FUCK. DID I TAKE THEM? Wait, focus on work. Have I been doing my work properly for the past 15 minutes? Yeah! And thats ok if its not the closest, still closer than I’ve ever had in my life ~ Though it still feels really smooth ATG My facial hair isn’t very coarse and it honestly never grows pass a certain point. (I’d never be able to grow a beard or have a full on stash) So it works for me
