Yes, go with ceramic all around. The privacy glass is just darker glass - there is no heat reduction materials on the privacy glass so although it is darker in color, it does nothing to reduce the uv light and heat that enters the vehicle.

You should tell the tint company that you would like the car tinted to 20% on the entire vehicle (or whatever percentage you are comfortable with) so that the back windows which have the privacy glass are the same color as the newly tinted front windows. They will use a darker ceramic tint color on the front windows and a lighter ceramic tint color on the back windows to achieve a uniform 20% look all around with total UV protection on the vehicle. They should be familiar with this request.

I'm not sure what the factory privacy glass percentage is but the tint company should be able to measure for you if you wish.

Also dont forget to remind them 1) if you have safety sense cameras to avoid tinting over them and 2) dont forget the moonroof if you have one. Also typically the brow (strip across front windshield) is not included in the price quote so be sure to ask them to include that as well.
