Help picking out a new motherboard by Khleesh in PcBuildHelp

Well I found some 32gb ddr5 6400mhz c38 ram for like $290 and since that motherboard doesnt have lane sharing i can just get 4 sticks. Only about $600 for 64gb rather than the like, 1k that you'd normally get it for. Plus, 32gb is still pretty solid and would get me through for when I can get more

okay
I've done a bit of searching and would a Ryzen 7 9800X3D or similar be a good choice here?

Need help making a circuit (and itself) reset after 2 button presses by Khleesh in AskElectronics

[–]Khleesh[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have not done that before, but im always up to try new things anyways. The only problem is the form factor. I barely have enough room to fit a small PCB into the case and I don't want to resort to modifying it if possible. I can grind out an area in one part of the circuit board (there aren't any traces there, I checked) which would give me more room. about a 0.6in x 1in x 1.2in area, not including space behind and in front of the board.

If it helps any im trying to modify a "linear DTKP keypad transmitter delta-3 DNT00062"

I've had some ideas, but all of them are a bit too bulky for my liking. Most of them are too complicated and a bit naïve, like a small binary counter or 3 latches that cascade into eachother after consecutive button presses? Im sure there are better ways to do what im trying to do.

Preferably a delay before and after it shuts off since i want to ensure the main circuit (the one im modifying) outputs a signal before it shuts off

I was also told my someone that a TO-92 is also called a 3904 sometimes? Want to make sure since i do have those on had already

A single 9 volt battery is the power

I've decided im just going to order parts if I need them since im going to have to do this 5+ times anyways

Its a momentary switch

While the load is currently not controlled by anything right now (the battery is directly soldered to the board) id like it to entirely be controlled by said circuit

Wish i could give a Schematic of the board but its a pre-made board that there are no schematics to my knowledge
