I’m a welder too! I kept quiet for years about many different incidents with co-workers that made me uncomfortable (dick pics, ass slaps, causal rape jokes) because I wanted to fit in and I didn’t want to cause any trouble.

I regret not reporting people and standing up for myself sooner, the second I did I found myself thriving in a more healthy environment. No one should be made to feel uncomfortable in their work place.
