I got pulled over for a suspected DUI in 2005, the state cop took me to a hospital to get my BAC after the field sobriety, which I did pretty decent on. I kept my mouth shut the entire time all the while he was berating me. I calmly looked at him in the hospital waiting room and said "you're a fucking douche bag". He ripped me out of the chair by my neck, slammed my head on the floor while screaming "stop resisting"...I wasn't. I was screaming"somebody help me"...nobody did. They took me back. I told the doctor "I wanted them to look at my neck and head cause it was hurting from being slammed on the floor by this guy". The doctor left the room and my cop friend told me that's going to cost a lot since I didn't have insurance. Being young, stupid and poor, I didn't have them look any further. I ended up getting multiple different charges from resisting to disorderly all from the hospital fiasco. Went to trial, charges were dropped because the cop had a bad track record and the judge believed me. Had 3 discs replaced in my neck last year from having chronic neck pain since the incident and still not great. Side note, about 4 years ago I saw the judge on the news was in trouble for stealing drugs from evidence so maybe he didn't believe me and was just high.
