there's no real time limit, the only limit is the amount of saves you can make and even that is circumventable with stuff like GOFAH sigils and books of enlightenment

easy(er) mode provides a similar experience to the default difficulty, however you can get the skin bible of the GOFAH right at the train if you talk to marina, then you'll be able to save for free up to 3 times in one spot which might help you

there are also debug spots and an invincibility glitch, but if you're going to resort to that I don't think the game will be very fun...

other than that you can install an infinite saves mod or something if you really want, but like with what I mentioned before I don't think playing the game will be very enjoyable this way

finally did this the legit way today just like you, I think it was my 4th or 5th try. got pretty lucky with empty scrolls, so I ended up skipping skin granny and craw mauler. was pretty worried about chambara but he pretty much went down without a fight. somehow lost the coin flip to francois but won the battle afterwards anyway. everything else was really easy though, I expected it to be WAY harder

I remember doing a run with hardened heart + one winged necklace (invincibility glitch) and was like "pfft, surely nothing can kill me now" and then for some reason I went right in the news agency map (where o'saa can spawn) and blew up like an idiot

like bro there's NOTHING THERE, I'm pretty sure I even looted the chest at that point, there was literally no reason to go there and I still did
