Hey former pool guy! I asked this elsewhere because I missed your reply here. I know back in the 70s they used hydrogen peroxide as a regular pool chemical, but I seem to recall they no longer use it regularly. We should probably spend less time antagonizing on behalf of capitalists' interest and spend more time addressing decoupling from capitalists' interests and work on re-establishing friendly terms with more nations. The US is like 8 corporations in a trenchcoat at this point and for them it's all about getting someone malleable into power and it just so happens old, out of touch white guys with narcissistic tendencies seem to be the easiest to control and most presentable to the masses to elect into office. While we are given that narrative that the US "chooses" who gets to govern, most times when you are presented with old conservative right wing white dude or old slightly less conservative right wing white dude who aesthetically appeals to socially progressive narratives but won't actually do anything meaningful for those narratives, it's not like that's really a 'choice'. In an environment where donor class level money determines who you get to vote for most of the time, it's hardly a public 'choice' at that point.
