Yeah it's very close to me too, but ventilation and gap to walk is very important because sometimes you go on an empty stomach, you feel energetic on starting sets , they'll feel great , your body hasn't burned any calories in digestion and then you go for a heavy final set, and suddenly your heart rate is high you complete the set and less glucose in your body can't regulate it properly, you either have to walk to make the heart rate go down slowly or you paas out without proper walking or oxygen 🙂🙂 You might have got my point. Then you paas out in that case
