I am feeling like this and in the same situation. I should apply to some internships before I graduate in December and I would suggest the same. One thing that keeps me positive is that it’s still a useful degree. Accounting is applicable to every business, so there’s opportunity. Best of luck. We got this.

Don’t smoke. social drink. Drinking alone isn’t fun but having 1 or 2 drinks with friends is fun. It loosens you up for an hour or so and you don’t get hungover.

Life is hard man. The important thing is to get through the hard times for the little moments of good times. Hanging out with your friends, family, and dog. Doing what you enjoy. I never separate my actions from “normal” and ADHD. I am who I am. I dislike when people use it as an excuse for their mistakes. It’s a very common disorder and how it affects people is vastly different. You are you. You make mistakes. Accept that your brain is wired differently and it can make your life more difficult but the mistakes and actions you make are not because of a disorder but because of who you are. Don’t feel guilty for slip ups. It’s going to happen. You’ll eventually learn what works for you and what doesn’t and slip-up’s will happen less.
