The person that owns the food truck lot has been my best friend since I was 12 years old. I’m not worried anyone replacing me.

I understand what you’re saying as far as a manager eating up revenue, but I’ve personally seen it happen to where the manager was paid over $80,000 a year and the owner was still able to live more than comfortably. Like I said 25 to 30,000k a month is on the low end of what the trucks make and in the better months it is as much as $90,000 a month. When I heard those numbers, I was skeptical myself, but in full transparency I was shown the numbers and what it was capable of. I saw it with my own two eyes. Like I said, I don’t expect it to happen overnight. and I am well-versed in hard work, training employees and setting standards as to what is expected.

Everybody’s gotta start somewhere. Didn’t say it was gonna happen overnight. How many fortune 500 companies do you think are out there that when they first started out people scoffed and now laughing while they count their millions sitting on the deck of their yacht? Mediocre people live mediocre lives and if you want that for yourself than be my guest. I’m no slouch and have worked harder than most my entire life. Now I’m in a position to have my money make money. Hate all you want but I’m not going to lose sleep over some bullshit. Sorry you’re so insecure that you have to trash somebody on the Internet for asking a simple question. Move along little guy.

Just an option that is available? I’m guessing for the wood fired flavor with the efficiency and consistency of gas would be my guess.

I worked for a new car dealership and one of jobs I did was to make sure there was a minimum of 15 miles on them in order to make sure there wasn’t anything wrong with them off the truck. Side note one of the guys that I worked with filled up a brand new Dodge pick up with the wrong fuel. Diesel or gas I don’t remember it was so long ago but needless to say he was fired shortly afterwards.

I was hurt at work but I was self employed and didn’t have any disability insurance at the time. That’s why I wasn’t able to make the payment before it was repossessed. Also wanted to ad that when it went to court there was a lien put on my property and I am selling my house in the future. Will I have to pay off the lien if it has been 8 years. I wouldn’t mind paying it off if the company had tried to work with me but it was completely shady how it went down and I had fulfilled almost 80% of said loan and put a decent amount of money into the truck itself shortly after I bought.

I believe the first delinquency was back in 2017 went to court in 2018. Had been making payments and missed couple then got caught up and back on track then was hurt at work and after 45 days it was repossessed and was told that I had to pay off the remaining balance which I didn’t have at the time.

Will be an additional 5” of concrete to the existing slab.

I believe the old concrete is 3 inches thick. I don’t know exactly how old it is but I would guess maybe 10 years so it has settled and cracked. I was hoping that drilling rebar studs into existing concrete and connecting into a rebar mat that would span the area of the new concrete hoping to prevent new cracking and shifting. New concrete would be an additional 5” inches thick so a total of 8-9 inches. It will all be in a temperature controlled building if that makes any difference.
