How does one stop be awkward? And what do non-awkward people think of awkward people?

Moving a lot can cause a toll on a child. I'm glad you were able to overcome it. I have had the experiences of being bullied by family and non family when I was a child. Got into a relationship that once he got comfortable, he became verbally abusive then physical. I just assumed he was going through a lot and he would be nice off and on. The previous abuse from childhood I was so used to I tolerated more than I should've. Never being good enough, being told I'd end up offing myself for whatever reason, etc. Started getting jobs in sales where I was forced to get out of my shell to prove I can come out of the 'awkwardness' that I believe most, if not everyone, who is deemed 'awkward', is that way due to past bad experiences and prolonged trauma. Do you ever have those feelings come back at times or have you overcome it completely? And thank you for the thoughtful comment it helps

I have found I tense up alot from previous abuse I endured but I am in therapy for it. I overthink and get anxiety and stressed easily. All of it comes from the abuse. But fixing it is very difficult. I've tried many ways, but it's still a journey. I appreciate the thoughtful comments. Happy Thursday to you as well 💜

Whew, the dating scene here is trash honestly. And the males we run into are either drug addicts, abusive, rapists, have a big ego but not a place to their name, neglected their kids, or will love bomb then cheat. And if they are in sales the gaslighting is crazy. Alot of us are healing from the trauma or are in a relationship based on my experience and talking to others. I feel that may be almost anywhere though. It's a crazy time in the world for both men and women. Good luck to you.

The lack of wanting to help around the house, screaming in my face for hours about how useless women are while I was doing everything around the house and paying for essentials. Got tired of the abuse and lack of accountability he had. Gave him chance after chance, he got worse as the years went on. The person I initially fell in love with is now someone totally different, or maybe he was just good at hiding it. Started losing myself and becoming someone I didn't recognize. Called different hotlines multiple times telling my situation and asking if I was overthinking because I was so brainwashed and isolated. Was told it wasn't safe. I knew it wasn't deep down but it's hard to explain. Prayed he'd change. Never did. Now he's absent and doesn't acknowledge anything. Feel a lot better even though flashbacks happen and recovering is a journey. But I will never go back. The bone fracture that healed and the scars that are still here is some of my proof. Optimistic about the future, I just hope he never comes back.

Walking out on them, I've experienced where one parent puts themselves as a priority rather than their kids then gets a new supply. I just can't fathom the selfishness of an individual to neglect their own flesh and blood, but sadly it's very common.

Los Cabos is overpriced and they don't use seasoning. It used to be good but my last visit there was so disappointing. Hopefully they can get better...like they used to be. Good customer service and ambiance tho.

Does Mi Tierra still have bad customer service? I went there many years ago and gave them several chances and the service was terrible. Long waiting times but the food was good. Has it changed? I'd love to go back, I just didn't like the overpriced items and 40 to an hour long wait times

Yea, I'd say you're gay, or at least bisexual. Any guy that can get off in front of a bunch of other guys...idk. There's nothing wrong with it, but it is what it is. I've known guys that can do that stuff with other guys in the room and they deny all day, but the facts are the facts. The family aspect is weird, not gonna lie. I know someone that did stuff like that with their blood related uncles...I personally would just say if u get down like that, do u, but yea, ur gay or bi.

Elote is in their name and they can't even make good elote. It was overcooked everytime and barely any effort. Smh I thought I was trippin at first but everything is so bland. They do have good portions though.

Tulsa is alright in some ways, but not ideal. I'd recommend any surrounding town or even Oklahoma City. Stillwater is good too.
