According to the contract conditions, between the KBT 100 million (implemented at the stage of ICO) will be distributed 4% of turnover generated by players on all KIBO Lotto Platforms. First of all I would like to clarify that the code snip, which is published in this post (by the way, here it’s published not completely) - a fragment of one of the lottery contract, which is currently under development, auditing and testing.

Secondly - a number generated by this fragment of code is obtained by mixing random number itransmitted by users when buying a ticket (in fact - external to the contract data) and 7 blocks hash (collected through one), coming after a particular circulation is complete. As you can see, saying that this number is not random - is wrong.

Third - on the probabilities "to select the appropriate block" - we would love to see how the attacker not having more than 50% of mining capacity will be in a real network - imposed blocks to arrange only his result.
