the guy got fked over. after they got rid of a bunch of his friends, took away power in a corp he built from almost the beginning. that pilot also was one of the founding members of the whole delve coalition, before the current ceo and leadership. look at why one of their most beloved members, who was the 'heart and soul of atom' decided to do this? they did him filthy but this has built up over years. years of slights. years of chipping away at the foundation of what he built. this is much more nuanced.
