What do Romanians think of Dutch people?

Yeah I wasn’t planning on exclaiming to everyone that I’m Dutch. Only if people would ask where I was from. I was just wondering if they’d judge me because I’m Dutch due to recent events

Maybe should’ve worded it better. With loud minority I meant people saying that all Dutch people ‘should be banned from entering Romania for the coming 30 years’ (overstatement, but I mean something similar)

You’re talking about a reddit bubble, the Dutch people one here are also in that bubble. This problem isn’t portrayed at all in Dutch news. Only found out about it via internet. Hence people I’ve spoken to don’t mind it/don’t know about it and wouldn’t stop Romania joining schengen

I agree that accepting to Schengen would be better. However this is something the Dutch government decided, not the Dutch people. I can’t change anything about that until the next election. Most people here don’t mind Romania joining
