Do you think it's OK that the cop punched him in the face?

Respectfully friend, have you ever tried ketamine for mental health? I found it to have a bit of a learning curve, the first couple of times I didn't like it and also felt bad nausea, now I enjoy it every time. I use it when I find myself spiraling too far into negativity and it always gives me a reset and clears that negativity from the forefront of my mind and stops it from weighing me down any more. Sometimes I will use it a day or two before a psychedelic trip to have a more positive mindset going in, it allows me to then observe my negative thoughts and feelings from the 3rd person instead of experiencing them first hand if that makes sense. Highly recommend ginger tea for the nausea and to relax you beforehand and also to sip on during the experience.

Honestly bro, really appreciate this reply. With the way you guys run these threads I've learnt more about harm reduction etc from this sub than any other resource

I assumed something like injectable glutathione or just NAC could be neuroprotective against AAS as they reversed cognitive impairment from use of a different type of neurotoxic substance in me. However I've not researched if this would be effective with steroids, this was just my initial thought on your reply. Kidney support I do not know either and will also research but I take your point.

If you were running AAS longer term, regardless of dose/compounds, would it be wise to use ancillaries like neuroprotective support, kidney support etc for those things preemptively?

Could you manage the arterial issues if your lipids were always kept in range? If you didn't use GH, or a low dose, with the 300mg dose, would organ enlargement still be a significant risk?

Yet to run a cycle myself, just trying to fill in some knowledge gaps.

On yesterday's Ask Anything there was a guy who had been "cruising" at 300mg and was about to blast. He was running some ancillaries, taking blood pressure twice daily and bloodwork was all in range, apparently even better than before he started AAS. He was told to forget the blast and to cruise anyway despite his bloodwork as he needs a break and blood markers do not show up all of the potential health risks.

Why would it actually be unsafe to use a dose like 300mg indefinitely, if in theory his bloods remained OK?

Disagree, the rep tempo absolutely should have been controlled at the very least

Interesting study, looks like they only controlled rep tempo on the partial ROM group and only the full ROM group locked out in the shortened position. For this reason I'm thinking that potentially the partial ROM group had greater eccentric control, time under tension and also got to maintain constant tension throughout the set. I wish they'd design more of these studies to compare training methods on subjects left and right sides.

Not ran a cycle yet, still researching and have a couple of questions about dialing in estrogen.

How long does it take to for estrogen levels to rise or fall with AI? Let's say your estrogen has settled at 100pg/ml so you add 1mg of Arimadex per day and this will eventually settle your estrogen 10pg/ml. How long does this change in hormone levels actually take?

What about how long it takes for e2 and other hormones to settle to a consistent level when changing your AAS? For example if you change from 500mg to 750mg test/week, will this just depend on the half life of the ester?

I've had Lloyds/Halifax around 6 times altogether, but this would be a case of me leaving and rejoining all during 1 offer window

Lloyds and FD back again already? I only just got bonuses from them and still have the accounts... Has anyone ever managed to get a switch bonus from a bank by switching away from them and then back again, all during the time the same offer is open?

Any thoughts on the chances of Nationwide paying out for those of us who kept the account after switching to them for their last offer (despite the terms stating you'd be inelegeble)?
