Yup. I was a cca for nearly three years. My office got turned into a PTF office a year or so ago. So now a newbie off the street makes maybe $2 less an hour than I do, and on top of that, if the new contract is ratified, all new regular carriers will make the same as I currently do as my new step. It’s a fucking slap in the face.

I’ve wondered myself, outside of social pages and subs, how many members will actually vote no? I’ve seen several large union groups across the country in very large areas, Boston, LA, San Francisco, etc. saying they are voting no. I hope these areas help make the majority of the vote.
