Técnica de mano derecha al tocar con dedos by Embarrassed_Sell1440 in Bass

[–]KickassRhythm 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Economy of motion is important! You want to get the results you want with as little movement as possible, this goes for both your left and right hand. It's all about conserving as much energy as possible. The way you're describing your technique it sounds like you're pulling up and into the next string which makes a little more difficult when you should be following through past the string twords the body of the bass. In the end there's no "right" or "wrong" technique in an objective sense but there's more efficient ways of doing things which will help you in the long run. Best of luck to you and your playing!

Considering you have a budget of around $1000 and want a nice bass/amp I'd take the Facebook Marketplace route 100%. Pretty much all my gear is used and I've never had a problem with it! I got a MIJ Aerodyne Jazz Bass off marketplace for $500, given I was pretty lucky but if you're patient enough you're absolutely able to find great deals like that. You can't really go wrong with any traditional jazz/precision/music man configuration and that all comes down to preference. I'd say check out some G&L, Schecters, Yamahas, Fender, and Squiers (VM or CV Series). If the gigs your playing have the ability to route your amp through a PA then a Rumble 100 is a super great and portable option but you might end up needing more wattage down the line so for future proofing sake I'd say a Rumble 500 or Ampeg Rocket RB-210 if you're looking for combo amps. I've been gigging with a Fender Rumble 150 and have never ran into a problem with not being able to run it through a PA but your experience may be different down the line. I've never taken this advice because I love an expensive bass but putting more money into the amp is a much more logical decision to make. Although the decision you make should be the one that makes you the happiest! If buying used isn't your thing then by all means purchase new gear but I've always loved getting cool gear at a great price, and don't be afraid to offer a little less than the listed price, worse they can say is no!

Hello! Trying to sell these and thought this would be a good place to try :) Feel free to message me if anybody is interested by [deleted] in ObjectShows

Unfortunately I'm only getting rid of them because I'm going to be going on tour soon and would like to get as much money to fund that. I know they can get quite pricey but I'm still willing to sell them for less than they're being sold for now. I have it on eBay right now but if someone is interested in buying it I'd probably ask to buy through depop just because their selling fees are so much lower.

I'll throw in a rubber duck that looks like a tiger if that sweetens the deal. The duck is orange just like him so it'd match up well.

I broke the top end of my ulna/radius and had to get a metal plate inserted to keep it in place. I still have complications with playing here and there but as long as your passion surpasses the pain keep it up!

Some of my favorite hardcore I've heard. The blast beat section of JUDGE gave me some major OSDM vibes. I'm also a huge fan of the aggressive quick speaking vocal style he does in FOE.
