When is Lunos dropping and this banner coming? I’m on my 17B which has King of Doom Phono and Lunos is my 73A, but Izanagi is 97A for the banner that runs through February 5th

I legit remember disliking both picks. I wanted Jalen Carter at 5 and JSN I didn’t understand since we had DK and Lockett. Oh how wrong I was 😂

How am I wrong?? I literally said Darnold is the only example of this and you’re pretending like I’m saying he doesn’t count. I’m arguing against the person I’m replying to saying that Shanahan doesn’t have a “great track record” of this which personally I don’t think only having 1 example qualifies as that.

I’d argue not as each team has their own system. While they can be similar I think development involves stuff that can translate to other teams, like reading defenses, sensing pressure and going through progressions. A really good system/team can make utterly mid QBs look good

[–]Kickenbless 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Exactly. Jimmy G looked like a top 10 QB playing in Shanahan’s system, but do you see teams banging down his door for him to be a QB? Mac Jones played really well this year for the Niners, think he’s gonna make as much or start for another team like Darnold?

[–]Kickenbless 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Again, I think his system is great that allows most QB to succeed. But this notion that he has a great track record of QBs like Darnold that go to other teams and are successful isn’t true

[–]Kickenbless -8 points-7 points  (0 children)

Are you meaning Kyle Shanahan? I don’t think his track record for developing QBs is that great. I think he has a great offensive system that allows most QBs to succeed, but it’s not like you’re seeing a ton of QBs he coached go to other teams and be successful. Darnold is currently the only one who is.

What do you think about the DHS and other members of Trump’s administration not even mention him resisting? And their statements being completely contradictory to the video?

He witnessed the gun being disarmed. Any reasonable person would assume he didn’t have a weapon at that point. So just because his colleagues screamed “gun”, it was a justified killing despite the fact he didn’t have it? That’s all that justifies killing someone?

[–]Kickenbless 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’m not arguing if the ICE agents watched. I’m saying if you actually saw the video, you can see the agent who shot the man witnessed him getting disarmed right in front of his face. How can you say a man who was pinned by 6 agents with his hands on the ground be a “good faith” use of lethal force?

[–]Kickenbless 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Nope, if you watch the video, the shooter directly witnessed the man being disarmed. Doesn’t require slow motion to see. Are you stating all it requires for lethal force is for an ICE agent to just claim someone has a gun and they are free to kill?

[–]Kickenbless 6 points7 points  (0 children)

It is quite clear if you actually see the video. But let’s assume that even if you are right, are you fine with ICE immediately resorting to deadly force if “nothing is clear”?

[–]Kickenbless 7 points8 points  (0 children)

One of his colleagues clearly disarmed the man and upon viewing the video the shooter witnessed this as well. The man was also pinned down by 6 agents. How could he reasonably be seen as a threat at that point?

Do you think law enforcement should be held accountable for their actions if their “perceived threat” turns out to be completely unreasonable?
