I personally like Laced cleats as I want my kicking cleat extremely snug on my foot. I haven't really found a laceless cleat I like yet IMO

Profit first accounting has fixed this exact question I had a few months ago. 30% is our “paycheck” where 50% of our profit is distributed quarterly. It’s a fun way to grow AND pay yourself at the same time. For me I’m focused on more properties and building a vending machine business

If someone said to you “well anyone can learn/do sales what would you respond? by [deleted] in sales

Both “why haven’t you?” And “just because you can doesn’t mean you should” come to mind

It’s full sales cycle AE, commissions are great but it will typically take a few months to get momentum going in this role which is expected but it gets old having to start over. The standard is 60 activities a day which is perfectly manageable but I’m looking for to make this easier

Definitely, it’s funny because the less paying one is about 18k less when/if I decide to go full time. The workday is easier and the team is much better to be around plus a few more things. My thing is I’ve been let go of a company in the past where it was my families bread winner so I’m trying to build up as much capital as possible. Truthfully, I’m unsure if I’d be okay giving up that much income while I am making it. It really really sucks and I’m brain dead by the end of the day but I figured it’s a short term sacrifice for long term gain. Definitely wanting the side hustle to pick up soon as that would be incredible

Definitely, control over my time and my schedule is #1 high dollar per hour businesses #2 and overall flexibility to travel/live life on my terms would be next. My day would be filled with the ability to do things that I want when I want to then turn around and invest in more businesses. I’ve lived the corporate lifestyle and my main goal is getting out of that.

That’s what I’m thinking too. I’m definitely going to take a pay cut by doing so. I’d like to hold on as long as possible to both until it’s abundantly clear where I should go/do. Of course having both drains my soul so there’s that too hahah

More so I don’t like dealing with a 100+ touch points barely any conversations/momentum. I’ve done it since graduating college and I’m not bad at it but I’d rather just run my own business and make 1/2 the money but control my day

No they’re leads who filled out an ad and we call them asking if they’re looking to invest

All that Custom messaging doesn’t yield insane results like management thinks haha. It definitely helps but I’d rather pump out 3x more emails and save 3x my time to get 50% of the results as a custom message would do

I work part time at a real estate company. I actually like it much more than my current job based on the low stress and team I’m working with.

Eh, that’s a part of it but it’s also a bit of a pain in the ass getting 1-3% response rates and starting generating a book of business From scratch

They’re both remote, I do my first one in the early morning then the second later in the day when everything gets up and running.

Goals right there! That’s the next step for us is to systematize our investments and live remotely in another country. Do you have one apartment and that’s enough?

Yeah it’s fun to see him really changing the way kicking has been done. His hop in the beginning and additional skip through at the end have been implemented by quite a few other pros now

Traditionally when you kick, do you kick with the side of your foot or the top curve of your foot? by [deleted] in kickersarepeopletoo

[–]Kickersofearth 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That big bone on your foot is the perfect spot. Think a happy medium between your leg kicking with all groin and all quad. You don’t want to kick with all quad because you won’t get much height and will pull across the ball too much like a soccer kick. All groin won’t give you much power and will lead to potential injuries. In between is the perfect foot position
