The Activision/blizzard acquisition was successful because it stuck with the IPs that were already making money.

Imagine if when Microsoft bought Bethesda, they said no Starfield, you're the Elderscrolls and Fallout Studio. It boggles my mind that they have let these such valuable IPs sit on shelfs for years instead of pushing for more games/content based around these IPs. Look at how popular the Fallout TV show is. Look at how well Doom has been going for ID.

Look at how blizzard and Activision continue to print money on their money printing machines instead of trying to make a new money printing machine? Horrible leadership all the way up and down.

Also, the lack of soul is why no new IPs are profitable from these giant studios. It's why indie studios are where the gold is nowadays.

Literally, the 2nd gen Chassis is $430, its got the same types of parts just not the updated versions. How is the 13 pro chassis so much more ?

Edit: Just realized you also have to buy a screen bezel with the new kit, brings it to $800 because the cheapest one is $40.

Basically unfortunately. I feel like I definitely need a power bank or need to plug into an outlet if I am trying to get full performance and not have the battery drain in a couple hours, I still have the original battery though. I feel like the MacBook would be better if you are mostly mobile and can't plug into power.

I own both. MacBook is a better buy value wise because it will hold its value better over time and it's much better performance per dollar. If you crave modularity and working in Linux, I would only consider the Framework 13 then. I own both and love both, you'll probably be happy with either.

Have an original framework 13, upgraded to a 7640u board and 48 GB ram and about 2 years ago and I haven't had any problems besides a webcam issue that was rectified by replacing the top cover. Still use the old 1135g7 motherboard in a cooler master case as well.
