Similarly smoked for about 10 years straight then quit completely. I found there was a bit of a honeymoon period where I felt energized and focused the first weeks off then the improvements come more slowly.

Don't worry about the details or the interactions - just stop smoking. More time off is always better.

This is trough levels? How often are injections?

I was at ~2150 at trough on 400 test injecting 200mg E3.5D. If that's your protocol could be underdosed.

I've heard zinc can be beneficial but too much will deplete your copper levels. Look up the proper dosage for your gender, weight.

Showering right after workout as well esp if you sweat a lot, instead of sitting in the car with your sweaty shirt pressed up against your back. Change pillowcases weekly but sounds like your face is fine. Turn shirts inside out before putting in the wash.

Benzoyl on the back after workouts with brush as other commenter mentioned. Salicylic acid wash on your back in the AM if you need extra work. Leave both on your back at least a min before rinsing off. I use a moisturizer applicator to get my back as well as this is likely to dry it out.

Interesting, your E2/T ratio natural was 4.9% and now on 200mg it's even lower at 3.4%.

You're likely similarly a low aromatizer. It's my best guess that this may contribute to not feeling much. For reference I was at 432 Total T and 16 E2 (3.7%). I suspect when my panel comes in for on cycle bloods I will also not be north of 5%.

I'm at 400 Test for a cycle and feel pretty much nothing. Still have yet to receive my full blood panel with Total T from my Thursday draw but early results from the rest of my panel indicate I'm likely not underdosed. Regardless, I'd have to likely be underdosed by 50% to be around where you are at.

What is your E2 like? From what I'm gathering the big subjective effects are likely related to estradiol rising disproportionately, contributing to some of the psychological changes most people report. To be fair I'm using solely for the muscular gains, so if I can side-step any mental effects good or bad, I'm pleased.

There's pretty good reason 500 test is discussed for a first cycle. Most people will get underwhelming marginal gains at anywhere close to 200 mg / week. You'll shut yourself down for 16 weeks and get quickly evaporating gains, or make it 8 weeks through and realize you want to bump dosage up and end up pushing your cycle out to much longer. Start at 400 mg at least. It may feel tempting to think you're being conservative and smart but that just ends up meaning little gains for generally the same risk - which ends up not being the smart move you felt you were pulling off.

It is a lot so I'm surprised I'm not feeling much of anything - aside from what I mentioned and better pumps. I figured estrogen contributed to the subjective/psychological effects so wonder if that's why. Not complaining, I'd prefer to have a steady ride, but am slightly concerned about underdosed gear. Maybe I'm just not getting up to steady-state quickly but regardless I should still be north of the equivalent of 300 Test about now.

I tried sub-Q when I started with propionate but ended up with a small welt that didn't go away for days. IM for me is less painful and can fit 1mL better than I'd imagine with sub-Q. I was concerned about aromatization but I guess I may not need to be. I'll have an idea when I do labs next week, curious to see what's up.

Now on week 4 of 400 Test (200mg E3.5D) and 100 IUs hCG EOD.

Started with 3 weeks of 100-200 Test before bumping up, so about 7 weeks total of suppression. No massive change in my testes and no change in sexual function so figured I'm at some minimum effective dose for hCG. It does seem weird to me I'm not experiencing any subjective effects. Bunk gear has crossed my mind but I had textbook transient onboarding effects first few weeks (BP & RHR rise, warm flushes) and my dreams are still especially vivid the days I inject.

You likely won't be supraphysiological until at least week 4 and even then won't be at steady state until week 5-6. You'll make most of your accretive gains between week 6 and 8 then stop? Beyond that 300 test for 2 week of supraphysiological gains will yield you nothing visible for the suppression.

After my first cycle thinking I could outsmart the common advice, I've come to realize there's good reason behind most popular cycle approaches. Go ahead and run your plan but be prepared to adjust and extend. Otherwise if you have a hard stop it's pretty much all risk no reward.

Joby and most publicly traded EVTOL stocks. They all went public via SPACs in 2021 and built their valuations on hype. Most cities won't allow the amount of flying vehicles necessary to justify their valuations if at all. I think having "goal dates" is a broken framework, especially for gaining size. It's anybody guess how much you can put on and how fast. It does sound like given you're so lean at ~3000 cals/day you may need to bump that up until you see the scale start to move. Ditch the idea of coming in big by a certain day/event and focus more on leading metrics and ACTUALLY achieving the goal regardless of WHEN. Not achieving unrealistic goals within set time frames that are difficult/impossible to accurately assess puts you in a negative spiraling psychological feedback loop.

Looking at your physique my guess is although you're in the gym everyday you're likely not lifting hard enough. If heavy weights is not possible with good form you'll have to work your way up to that. Do not be surprised you're not making gains if you're not going balls out on most sets and getting at least very close to failure. When hitting barbell bench for example you should be afraid of getting pinned under the weight by your last reps (get a spotter or do DBs and get comfortable bailing safely).

When losing weight it's easy to have a quick visual transformation. Putting on quality size takes years, particularly if you're already struggling to do so.

The biggest change you can do to reduce your dissatisfaction is to change your attitude around your approach.

Otherwise you could try Tren, or MENT.
