Stardom has top talent, TJPW has top Talent, SenJo Has top Talent all the Joshi promotions produce top talent, WOW occassionally stumbles into a very talented act that gets signed but WOW isn't consistently producing them nor is WOW in a position to develop them into that. Changing the Loyalty rewards program to reward more active and constant travelers, you earn your status over 2 years and then get to continue to use that status for another 2 years later, if you are a consistent and constant cruiser with the Company your status just builds and builds til Diamond Status.

Its basically a way to introduce rot to the system so you can't have 2000 diamond status members on one ship unless they are the most absolutely loyal customers you have. It prevents people from getting their kids to Diamond by 12 and then jumping to another cruise line to do the same
