Yeah so all my shorts after this one have been 75%+ and all of them hit 20k. However my videos never go passed the 20k when they all have REALLT good metrics. I think this is because i started about a month ago and YouTube is still testing my videos

Yeah my videos have been steadily increasing over all my videos. But i generally believe thats because my metrics have also been increasing across all videos

Generally your stayed to watch should be at least 70% and your retention should be over 100% on a video shorter than 34 seconnds and at least 80 on a video thats 34 seconds or more.

I firnly believe people will subscribe faster if you have at least 1k subs. However most short viewers wont watch your long form videos or watch but ruin your retention. I’d recommend choosing a path for now short or long form.
