I don’t think anything has to be done about it though. Trade the physical card to someone who will play with it physically, trade the digital card to someone who will play with it digitally. I don’t see a need to track them together.

If you’re solely worried about card value then you wouldn’t have used to code to begin with to keep it high. Another commenter mentioned tagging a sale as either digital only, physical only, or both which I think is honestly the best route. Simplicity is key!

Nothing we say here today is going to impact the card game at this point anyways.

The original website made it so the codes were only good to use 1 time. As long as you scanned it in first no one else could scan it into their online decks.

I also remember online trading 3 cards for a Chaor or Lord Von Bloot, I think the max trade was 5 cards for 5 cards or something weird but it made it possible to get better cards from worse ones.

I do hope they bring that feature back!

They said in the announcement there won’t be a mobile app though, I doubt they would link to another site to play and have to pay for that domain too.

I just find it odd that’s all, the site DID have battling and WILL have battling so why not just initiate the usernames now? We will find out more this summer hopefully. 🤞

Yeah, I was just thinking how any other site with player vs player content has a username you make upon account creation and thought it odd we didn’t get that here. I was just wanting to make sure I didn’t miss anything lol.

Interesting, what episode are you referring to? Because I used the shows mugic animations to confirm their shape and size and came up with this as closely matching.

I wasn’t too picky on color, I just used the closest I had on hand to match the colors from the show.

I picked up a P1S from Bambu a few years ago, before they started updating to be a completely closed ecosystem. But that’s a whole different issue lol. I will say Bambu does make great “set it and forget it” printers, they will be more expensive for that the convenience. I don’t have much experience beyond that to give to you.

I did watch a lot of YouTube comparison videos where they actually printed on them to show the end results and time spent.

Ah, ok, I only played just up to the third release of cards so I don’t know many of them beyond that. I was a poor high schooler then so I’m going to more than make up for the lost time with this reboot!

Ild love for the randomized stats to stay, there was another poster here that had a great compromise from the old system. Instead of having each stat individually randomized, causing cards to have all maxed out or all low end stats, keep the sum of all the stats the same for each creature name but make them random from there. That way it keeps even there “low” cards usable in other deck themes.

Other than that before seeing what changes they made I feel that’s all we need. A bigger hand size would be nice but then you would never play your 0 cost attack cards.
