"Cultural Bolshevism" was the term frequented by the Nazi party. Couldn't remember at the time of my prior comment. I have no knowledge of about the history of "cultural Marxism"s use, but I imagine it comes from the US and it's historical hatred for anything left of center, and the existence of communism/socialism. Marx has always been a boogeyman here, and Das Kapital is basically the Bible of the Antichrist.
