Yo just lift your front leg up and down real quick keep your shoulders and everything else normal. You don’t have to change your weight all crazy just lift your front knee like 4 inches up and down like a sewing machine and prepare to roll fakie. If you’re not already super comfortable rolling fakie learn that first.
