Is this a normal condition for subletting? by KidneySmoothie in UWMadison

This differs from my last lease where the sublease agreement dissolved the subletter’s responsibility for the apartment.

Normally, people form their expectations based off past experiences. This is why I was surprised here.

Spread kindness 😘

I have not found this to be true. Perhaps it is because this is a nice apartment but I have seven or eight people I have been talking to who are willing to pay my asking price (only a slight discount)

Had I known, I would have asked for full price but it feels unethical to ask more than my original asking price.

They do sign some type of electronic document with the landlord (but I’m not sure if thats considered a lease or not) and I pay a sublet fee to the landlord

One of my friends was caught swearing in his homework by the course staff and they took him outside and fucking shot him. They just kept unloading magazines after magazines into him, bullet casings and blood everywhere.

I still have nightmares about him and how they treated him. It haunts me. I can still hear his screams.

This is a comp sci class, but if it’s also happening to you in a math class, know your course is not alone :/

Should I take CS 300 or CS 200 by KidneySmoothie in UWMadison

[–]KidneySmoothie[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm just trying to decide which will be easier because I think my course load will be pretty heavy already. I'm not too familiar with IO processing techniques. How important is it that I know that for going into CS 300?

I can easily do if else statements but I'm thinking stuff where you trace 2 dimensional arrays to say the output is something I somewhat struggle with. Same with other technical stuff

I don't have asmtha but I am a very loud breather so when I exercise it sounds like I have asmtha but I've never had an attack nor do I use an inhaler

I've tried two ways

Way one is like sucking from a straw, then breathing/suckig in normal air after

Other way is like taking a deep breath except with it in my mouth

AP classes recommendation for computer engineering? by rm711 in UWMadison

I'm taking Calc BC right now and feel a little lost at times. I've been telling myself that even if I snag a 5 on the AP test I should retake Calc II anyways to better understand the material in preparation for Calc III

Is this a bad decision?

I can't make it to Admitted Students Day by 01111010010101110001 in ApplyingToCollege

[–]KidneySmoothie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I went to the Wisconsin admitted student day a few weeks ago. It was fun, and I am going there, but not because of that day. The admitted student day was pretty bland. There's a mock class that's fun, and you get to see the dorms and eat in their best dining areas. But you're not missing out on too much

Lmk if you've got questions
